My name is Maria and I am a BABCP accredited Therapist working with Think CBT and based in Somerset. I have extensive experience in working with adults children and young people. I have worked in the NHS and private sector and have experience in dealing with a wide range of emotional disorders. I also provide clinical CBT supervision to CBT students and therapists.
I am a registered RMN and I completed my CBT training at the Institute of Psychiatry at the Maudsley Hospital London. i am experienced in EMDR, DBT skills and Compassion Focused Therapy.
The therapy approach is based on an individuals needs and their therapy targets.
I am able to offer online therapy only at the moment and the times available are from 5pm.
I work to the ethical standards and policies of the BABCP and I hold for professional indemnity to practice as a therapist in the UK.
